These Terms and Conditions shall serve as a binding contract between WHITELINE (also referred to herein as we) and our Dealer (also referred to herein as you). 

Website Access

Once you are approved as a WHITELINE dealer, you will be able to log in to where high resolution photo library, catalog and pricelist will be available for you.  Pictures on WHITELINE website could be only used to promote WHITELINE products and help you better serve your customers who are interested in WHITELINE products.

Manufacturer Suggested Retail price (MSRP)

Our MSRP multiplier is 2.5 for Non-Stocking Dealer (NSD) prices and 3.0 for Stocking Dealer (SD) prices.

Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP)

Dealer shall not advertise any WHITELINE product with a price lower than the price set by WHITELINE in its MAPP.  This includes prices shown on Dealer’s websites or any other advertising media.  The MAPP prices multiplier shall be 1.90 for Non-Stocking Dealer (NSD) PRICES AND 2.28 for Stocking Dealer (SD) prices.

If the Dealer is found not to comply with this policy, a letter of non-compliance will be e-mailed to the Dealer.  If the non-compliance is not corrected within 24 hours, all shipments to Dealer shall be suspended until a corrective action is taken.

Order Placing

Purchase Order (PO) shall be placed via fax (305) 989-1378 or email  As soon as a PO is received by WHITELINE, an acknowledgment will be faxed or emailed to you within 24 hours confirming the availability of products and their schedule of delivery.  If an item is out of stock an ETA date will be provided as an order confirmation.  For immediate service, you can call our sales center at (305) 987-9484 Ext: 313.

Please provide the following information on the Purchase Order:

  1. The complete Ship To address and the complete Bill To address.
  2. Purchase Order Number if applicable.
  3. Shipping instructions. If not provided WHITELINE will select Best Way.
  4. Any special instructions or side marks required on the Order.

Order Cancellation

There will be no charge for cancelling an order that has not been shipped.  Cancelled orders for products that already left WHITELINE warehouse will be subject to the return policy.


All Purchase Orders must be paid at time of ordering or prior to shipping, unless other payment terms are agreed.  Payment Terms may be arranged after a credit application is submitted with our credit services (Lyon Credit Services).  If other payment terms are agreed, the Dealer guaranties to WHITELINE (and any person or firm WHITELINE may transfer its interest to) all payments and other obligations owed by the Dealer to WHITELINE under agreement. All payments must be made under Dealer company name. Dealer shall also pay all reasonable costs and fees incurred by WHITELINE in enforcing this Guaranty. The laws of Florida shall govern this Guaranty.


Whiteline Modern Living ships between 24 to 48 business hours after a purchase order is confirmed and paid for. Our shipping rates are approximately 10% to 15% of the total Invoice depending on the shipping address in the United States warehouse to warehouse only. For drop-ship orders shipping costs vary and will be provided upon request.   You can also make arrangements to have your order picked up and shipped by your preferred carrier from our warehouse in Miami, Florida in which case WHITELINE will not be responsible for any costs or damages associated with such shipment.  No pick-up charges apply. For LTL shipments if palletizing is required, a fee will be applied. $25 for standard pallet size or $35 for double pallet size.


WHITELINE takes every step possible to ensure your orders arrive in the best condition possible.   However, it is the Dealer’s full responsibility to thoroughly inspect the products received and observe any defects or damages before signing and accepting delivery.  If the box shows any signs of carrier mishandling: hole(s), crushed corners, worn tops, bottom or edges, etc., the buyer or authorized agent must note the exact description of each carton on the physical inspection report and/or delivery slip. If any unacceptable damages are observed, you have the right to refuse the delivery of the item.

Detailed description should be noted on the delivery receipt and pictures of the damages should be attached therewith.  The Dealer should then contact us (305) 987-9484 and make us aware of the damages within 24 hours, after which a damage claim form will be sent to the dealer to fill out and send back to us.

WHITELINE will make sure a replacement of the damaged product is arranged as soon as it is practically possible.  However, in the event that a replacement is not available and the Dealer chooses not to wait for the replacement to become available, a refund will be issued in the same form of original payment.  Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise.

It is the Dealer’s full responsibility to thoroughly inspect an item before accepting delivery.  If damage is discovered after the Dealer receives the merchandise, WHITELINE will not be responsible for any replacement or return.


Returns are accepted within 30 days after the product ships out of WHITELINE warehouse.  Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be shipped back to WHITELINE in their original packaging, with no signs of use, wear or damage. Shipping charges are not refundable. The dealer is responsible for repackaging and return transportation.

Upon receipt, WHITELINE will inspect the package for any damage and reserves the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return, or deduct any damage repair cost from the refund balance.  Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise; on the other hand, Credit to your account will occur as soon as the product is received and inspected.

If the return is an exchange for damaged merchandise, WHITELINE will replace the defective item or part at no cost to the Dealer.

Dealers must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to the return of any merchandise. Failure to obtain such authorization may result in refusal of return. You may obtain a RMA by logging in to our web site at

*All requests for returns must be by the Dealer and not the END USER. All end users must contact the Dealer they originally ordered from if they wish to make a return.


WHITELINE will replace any defective item as soon as it is possible. Defect items need to be claimed within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. If a replacement is not available and the Dealer chooses not to wait for the replacement to become available, a refund will be issued within 14 days from the date of the return of the defective merchandise.

Clearance and Closeout Items

Clearance and closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged.  All such sales are final and items are sold “AS IS”.


 WHITELINE warrants to the End User that goods shall be free of defects for a period of One Year from the date of End User receipt of product.  Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received by the Dealer or from exposure to weather or extreme atmospheric conditions is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions.

Proper care and usage are essential to preserving the Dealer’s rights under this warranty.  This warranty does not apply if your WHITELINE merchandise is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other chemicals, or if exposed to sunlight or extreme heat (except for outdoor items suitable for such use).

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, stains, or indentations.

This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated “as is” at time of purchase.

Because of craftsmanship or use of natural materials in WHITELINE products, normal variations can occur from piece to piece. This warranty does not cover such variations.

If any model or sample is shown to Dealer, such model or sample is used merely to illustrate the general type and quality of goods, and not to represent that goods supplied to Dealer will necessarily conform in all respects to the sample or model.

WHITELINE will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from defect in the product.

This warranty becomes effective with the delivery date.


Any unauthorized downloading or distribution of any copyrighted material from WHITELINE website or from websites to which the website links, without the copyright owner’s permission, is strictly prohibited.  All information and pictures available on the website is presumed copyrighted unless noted otherwise and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or transmitted in any way, without the prior written consent of WHITELINE.  However, you may print copies of the material for the sole purpose of marketing and selling WHITELINE products, provided that you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Customer Service

WHITELINE phone number should never be given to the End User.  Any questions from the End User must be directed to the Dealer. The Dealer may call or email WHITELINE customer service department for any assistance required.
